good price on ls?
is 700 a good price for an ls engine? i was thinking about buying one until the guy pays me for my b16..yes i decited to sell it! im getting 3000 for the engine and all the components to intall it into a 89 si

I heard someone calling
Mine's a 97 alright and paid $950 for it, less than 40K miles with papers...$700 is a good price, I'd go for it...But if you plan on building, I'd get a beat up one for $200-$350, then replace all internals with new stuff...or consider a B20...I know a dealer in South San Francisco thats selling one for about $950 also. Good daily driver if you plan on running it stock for now. I think they go for about the same price as an LS too slightly higher.
