'98 tahoe 2dr 4x4 5.7L ball joints

when i turn or leave my tires turned when i park, it looks as if they are leaning? is this a sign of bad ball joints? i do put my truck through some mild off road.

Normal with todays aggressive positive caster, but without seeing how extreme this is, really cannot comment accurately.
