1986 Nissan Pickup doesn't hit a lick.

My battery is charged and the lights come on, yet not a click or anything when I turn the key. I made sure the electrical connections at the battery are clean as well. I also don't see any lights come on the instrument cluster when I turn the key so I suspect it is something electrical.

Is there a fuse I don't know anything about? I didn't see any fuses bad at the fuse box. Are there fuses anywhere else or, is it possible that some relay has gone, if so where are these relays? What is going on???? I need this truck!
