1995 Altima GXE Ratting/Shaking

Just yesterdy after i had got off work i was turnign out of the parking lot and my car suddenly like it felt liek it was slipping so i didnt really think much of it thought i might have hit some ice or something. However when i stopped at a stop sign and was turnign my car was staritng to make like a loud vibrating noise, but it goes away after a few seconds. I can feel my car vibrating a little bit and it seems liek its coming from the center or passengers side. I don't know much about cars but does this sound like my first gear is mestup? Any help is much appreciated.
