Here is a link to a webpage that lists 4 radiators for your vehicle - 3 having the "480----" numbers, and one not.

I have a van same model/eqp. as yours, and I have bought Mopar OEM parts from this vendor before. I think what they list here are Mopar OEM parts.
If you click on the question marks (?) on the lower RH edge of each part descriptor, a window will pop up on which you can post info Re you & your van (VIN #), and I believe they will be able to tell you which radiator you need (for identical replacement).
You can then CALL and question them as to what is the difference in the radiators. I susspect that one difference is whether or not there is (none) (one) or (two) transmission oil coolers in the radiator. On my van, there is one xmsn oil clr - on the driver side of the radiator. When you find out what the difference is, you can then 'shop around' to find the best deal if you like.
I remember there were some paper tags with #'s theron on the top of the radiator of my van. One could see them by looking between the front edge of the radiator and the structure that runs laterally across the van in front of the radiator. I didn't write the #'s down, and don't know if they are still readable or not at present.
