Race GTR collection
here is my collection of race GTRs.
there are plenty more to do I just need to buy the kits and get off my butt and start making them again.  my favorite so far  from the rear (for all those that like to see it)

Amazing GTR’s collection tazdev. They all look fantastic.
Can you post a picture of the Clarion GTR? Did you have any problem applying the decals on it (especially in the front session)? Is there any Tamiya paint that match the decals colour that we can use to correct some decals failures? Sorry for so many questions but the Clarion is one of my current projects.  Thx, Nuno.

The Clarion model I made before I had any decal fix and so alot of the decals to go around corners got damaged. In the end I mixed up my own paint to (hopefully) match the decal color and then proceded to paint all the "decals" on.
If you are patient and take your time applying the decals (which I wasn't) then it should come out looking good. It ended up a bit of a rough job but was one of my first models and the first one with tricky decals. Front.  Side.

My friend had the R33 KURE......but it is now a deceased racing car...and sometime it will be transformed into the R33 LM road car

Thx for the posts of the Clarion Simon.
To bad about the decals. I think this one is hard even with the use of Microsol.  Matching the colour is not easy too. It’s a kind of dark fluorescent pink. I’m thinking of using fluorescent red as base to get closest to the decals.

That is a good start.
I ended up mixing in soo many colors to try and get it right but it still ended up to light hope you have better luck than I did

OMFG that looks awesome, please more pics ( in my email..?? [email protected] ...) of the Loctite Zexel, absolutely my favorite, got it myself, but still have to build it ...

I had the same trouble with mine...its a bloody decal nightmare.
I ended up starting with red and just kept adding white untill i got it closer enough. You can see the inside of the front arm dam is slightly different to the rest.
