Question Service manual for 97 7 series?

Does anyone know where I can get a service manual for a 1997 740il? A CD or book either one will work for me. All I can find is the Hayes which is only good til 94.

look on ebay motors under manuals or tools

The CD you want is called the TIS (Technical Information System) and it contains the service information for all models of the car and morotcycle. They are offered with the ETK (EPC) Electronic Parts Catalog, which helps a lot for the DIY. It has part numbers and exploded views of most parts and assemblies. @ $45.00 gets you both sometimes less for both and sometimes one or the other, just seach for them.
