I would get both. They supplement one another nicely! If only the 2 authors would get together and make it one book!

I bought 4WD Adventures. After I review it, I will make the decision to buy the other one.

I got both looking for trails around here.
4WD Adventures is good for the whole state and has a lot of Utah history in it. But the Guide to Moab is a far supirior trail guide for the Moab area, its trail maps tell when the hard parts of the trail are reached and rives good descriptions. If you're headed to Moab you can pick it up at the visitor center on main and center street.
