18" wheels will it bounce??

I have 17" on my GSR and I was wandering if 18" will bounce , couse if they don't my 17" are going, going.....gone..

bounce? No. Rough? Yes.

Bigger size rims won't cause ur ride bounce, but you gonna feel the ride is rougher cuz of the thiner tires.

well, it's up to u.....

Is ur car lowered? Do u have aftermarket shocks?
What's the road conditions around ur area?
Why u want to replace ur 17" with 18"?

Safety, of course! It is always good to increase the circumference/weight of your wheels so you don’t have to worry about driving fast.

Unfortunately, most people went 18s for looks (including me ).

If I get to buy new rims later, I'd get 18s. I just think they look better.

BTW, let's don't forget 17s and 18s actually slow down our rides.:smoker2:

That is what my entire post was about. I was just trying to be funny about the "safety." I was in no way serious!

18's make no sense to me, and the only way I would get 17's is if the weigh 15lbs like some of the Volks.

I just want to get a new set of wheels and was thinking on a bigger rim...
mostly for the looks.... I can relly race my car were i live and for that I still have the factory 14 gsr.... so I should go with 18, right?
