Rear Drum Size

Hi all,
I am new to the forum, happy xmas to those that celebrate.

I have a 1999 K2500 4WD 7,4l Suburban.
The rear drums screech and bind, I have had them skimmed, but the repair shop said they got too hot and should be replaced. They have become slightly oval.
I live in El salvador, so it is difficult to get these items here.
I have looked on the web, and I see 2 sizes for my drums and brakes.
13" x 2.5" and 13" x 3.5".
Short of removing the wheel and drum to check, is there any way of knowing which I should be buying?
best regards
Phil davies
