i have brake lights but no lights in the back or insturment panel

check the fuses on the driver door and the ones on under the hood

Check Fuses on driver side panel. is the service vehicle soon light on?

yes the service engine soon ight is on

Mine did this it was the fuse for the park lights. Located under the hood.
But I didn't have tail lights.....

Open hood remove the relay that says parking lights change it with the fuel pump relay if the car does not start it the relay. you need to change it. about the tail lights driver side fuses located on the bottom (the very lasts ones there three of them )
