leaking near front right tire, not winshield fluid

96' Rivi, have something that is gray or blue in color leaking on the back side of the r/f wheel well. Thought it was w indshield washer fluid but ins't, this stuff is thick like an oil and is colored bluish or gray. It is actually coming out where the plastic wheel well guard on the bottom where the fender is. Now here is the funny part, my a/c system shows full charge. Do I need to pull the dash and put some dynamite in it??? Thanks

Must be CV joint grease. Check the boot for cracks!
