Question New Kia Sorento 2007

I love my Kia Sorento. I am not crazy about the gas mileage. 16.5 at the most, but I don't have 3,000 miles on it yet. Hopefully it will get better. I do have a problem that I would like to know if anyone else has: When going about 30 to 40 mph. It feels like it is missing, or something like that, once you get up to around 45, it stops. It is almost like it is a shifting problem or something. Please let me know if you have had that problem, what it might be. I have got this wrote down for when it goes in for the first service job. Thanks
sleelee

Had the same problem. Hills will make it worse. Took the KIA back to the dealership to pull the EEC codes and found the Mass Air Flow sensor at fault.
