Low speed bucking/stumbling - '03 T&C AWD

Our 2003 AWD Town & Country does a lurch / buck / stumble thing occasionally when accelerating from a stop. Doesn't happen all the time but it does happen regularly. Only happens at very low speeds. I've seen a couple postings on this forum and others on the symptom but no solution. Anyone know what causes this?

I would look at your throttle body. It has two screws and a gasket. If your nice to it you won't have to replace the gasket. Just take it off and spray it out. Also check your lines to the egr and throttle body for cracks/splits. I had the same problem and had to replace the lines.
