Exclamation Motor Swappin'?

okay, here is the thing, my 1993 Ford Probe SE has a hydrolocked motor. i found a guy with a 1989 Ford Probe with a 2.2L 4 Cyl. motor that will give me the whole car for nothing at all. the '93 is a 5-speed and the '89 is a auto. i just need to know if there is anyway that i would be able to swap out the motor on my '93 with the '89s motor? i havent gotten the chance to look at the '89 yet. but i would believe that the 89's motor would fit with no problem at all. Please get back me about this. thanks
