XM Radio in 2007 Grand Prix GXP

Would anyone out there know whether the XM Radio in the Monsoon system should display the artist and song playing when you press "info" button? My dealer is telling me that the monsoon system will not display artist & song in xm on my 2007 grand prix gxp. XM tells me that is should. Anyone out there have that capability?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Monsoon system in my '08. GREAT SYSTEM. When using FM, when the song is playing the station name and song name scroll by automatically. Sometimes it's not accurate, e.g. it's showing a song that ended. I've only had the car a couple days and I don't recall what happens in XM, but I'll give the INFO button a try and let you know.

Pressing the Info button while in XM just produces "No Info" on mine. from what I'm reading in the GP manual, the INFO light will display on the screen when there's info available, and then you can press the Info button to see it. Some FM stations I listen to automatically scroll the artist/song. I'd think XM would do this, but it doesn't seem to.

All you have to do is hit the RCL button while the songs are playing on the XM band. You will get the artist and the song. If you hold the RCL button down for about 4 seconds, it will hold that setting and will always show the song or artist first.
