General Info on '99 Elantra
Hey all, Im looking into buying a '99 Elantra, but the trouble is I dont know anything about Hyundais, other than the fact that they are cheap. Is there anything particular to watch out for with these? This one is a twin cam, 5 speed car, power windows, locks, moonroof, CD, etc, 130k on it. Also, what would it get for gas mileage? Thanks all!

-AT tranny are weak
-Front Bearings are weak -OEM brake rotors tend to warps easily -Electric problems due to water easily accessing the wires in the driver side fender -Power Windows/Lock problems due to water easily accessing those parts in the driver's door. That's pretty much it. The engines are good ones and rarely die easily, might need some HLA change due to knoking sound.
