1998 Cavalier Z24 Fluid leak at water neck?

Hi i have this Z24 with 88k miles and its been a great car, however we noticed a leak on the drivers side by the top of the engine where there's a plastic water neck. One of the hoses looks to go to the radiator. It looks to be leaking from the gskt. Is it called a water neck? And how hard is it to fix?
