Did you have any trouble with the carrier bolts?

Re: brakes

just finished the other side and took it for a drive and it drove really well. we actually had no trouble out of those but we did have stripped and missing screws in the retaining ring that holds the hub not in place. i had to take some metric machine head ones that i had in my rc car box and cut them short to make them work.

BTW I got the pbr rotors for $28 at autopartswarehouse.com which is 70 dollars cheaper than my autozone was trying to charge me. 8 hours of labor later she stops like a champ.

but while the car was apart we discovered a larger problem that we will have to adres and require some guidance for. BOTH of my front cv's are shot. We have located quailty remans with lifetime warranties but how hard is the process of replacing them?

Re: brakes

Yeah arn't they nice?

Both bottom bolts on mine are stuck on the wheel cylinders and I have to use a rachet and a mini sledge hammer to loosen them enough to slip the pads out.
