tracker won't run right when warm

i have 92 tracker. first time started will run and idle perfectly, but once warm up and i turn off the engine and restarted again it won't idle or run right. most of the time i can hear clicks at the fuel relay and throttle body.
if i turn on the lights the click fade out a little bit.
i had change out the fuel relay fuel filter spark plug cap wired.
any help please.
