Power Window/Door lock Problems 99.5 Jetta

Hello all. I am having strange problems with my 99.5 Jetta(New Body Style). The drivers side front window is reversing direction. If I press the window button down and let it go the window goes down and stops (normal) The next time I press the window button down the window will go up (abnormal) Also if I press the door unlock button the doors unlock, if I press the unlock again the doors will lock. Does anybody have a clue where I can start? Is the master control switch bad? Just wondering if anybody ever had or heard of this problem. Thanks in advance for any help
