Extended warranty on 2001 trannies?

I have a 2001 Sienna that was purchased new. Since it was brand new, I have thought that it did not shift correctly from 2nd to 3rd when cold. The dealer and my (trusted) mechanic told me it was fine. Just a hysterical woman, apparently

Fast forward 6 years and my factory powertrain warranty has expired......and my mechanic is telling me that the transmission fluid was very dirty when last changed, and that this does not bode well for my transmission.

Can anyone tell me if Toyota has quietly extended the warranty on the trannies on the 2001 models as well to 100K? (I have read that it has for 1999 and 2000 models, and I believe it is the same transmission) If so, can anyone cite me the reference?

Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Mary
