Amp impedence
So I just got myself a 4 channel amp and i'm planning on using it to wire my 4 speakers i have in my civic. my question is if i have a pair of 2 ohm jbl speakers and a pair of 4 ohm rockfords what impedence will the amp end up seeing? does it really matter if i mix them or not?

Re: Amp impedence
What amp, most good 4 channel amps have 2 power supplies while cheaper ones only have one. Depending on the amp it shoudlnt be a problem. Also make sure your 2 ohm speakers can handle the higher power since the impendance will be lower.

Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota. Cardomain |
