95 park avenue water pump removal

I have one bolt stopping me from getting my water pump off my car. The power steering pulley is stopping me from being able to back the last bolt all the way out.
The pully seems to have a hex bolt holding it on, but I can't seem to get it to turn. Someone told me that it was pressed on, but one of the mounting bolts on the power steering pump is right behind the pulley, so that means the pulley had to go on after the pump had been mounted.
So....can anyone tell me how that power steering pulley is supposed to be removed?

I replaced the water pump on a Lesabre recently. The pulley stays on, but you rotate the pulley and access the bolts for bracket removal through a hole in the pulley. I fumbled with it for awhile before getting it back together. It is tricky to get it lined back up and toget the bolts started. Once started, the rest goes fairly smooth.

I rotated the pulley around and was able to slip a socket through the opening to get the mounting bolt on the power steering pump.
I have installed the new water pump and driven the car around the neighbor hood and it was fine. But when I went to pull the car into the garage last night, I noticed that again there is water coming out from th vicinity of the new water pump. It's not pouring out, but it is a small steady flow and only leaks while the car is running.
Is there a a hose or something else located near the water pump that could be leaking water? Or could it be that the new water pump is defective? It never made any noises or got hot, but it's doing exactly what it was doing before I replaced the water pump. I'm having trouble seeing the problem, so I guess today I'll find a small mirror to give myself a better visual.

That's bad news. Maybe it wasn't the water pump leaking, but a higher leak, like around the head or something. If you run it to where it is hot, park it and look under there, may be there is a leak running down the engine from above the water pump. About the only way is to look real close with a flash light. I would pull off the front right wheel, block it up, run it good and hot and then check by looking through the right front wheel well opening. You might have to remove some plastic around the wheel well to see it good enough to tell.
