keyless program for 1996century

Hi, can anyone tell me how to program a keyless remote for my 1996 century ?? this is the second century i have had, scraped the first buick out but kept the keyless entry fob from that 96 century..

First, before you waste your time, PM me with the last 8 digits of your vin, so we can check to see if this car had factory keyless entry.

Regretfully, that car didn't come with factory keyless entry, so any programming attempts would be useless.
