Since this has happened to more than one person, it would be nice to know the name of the filter and the part number on the ones that work and the ones that blew off from each of these people and the name of the quick change place, I sure don't want to take mine into one of these places and end up in the same boat, my wife would just drive it untill it quit.

I kept mine long enough to show it to the manager of the place I get my oil changed, but I didn't record the number or anything.
