Ipod Video repair???

Hey all,
Im having problems with my Ipod Video. For some reason Im only able to hear music out of one headphone UNLESS I apply pressure the the jack. Is there anyway I could fix this? Ive allready opened it and screwed the right hand corner of my screen. If there isnt does anyone recomened a site that repairs the the screen and headphone jacks? Does apple stores repair them in the store or if I have no other option am I going to have to send it back to apple?

Thanks in Advance,
SKateforfood

It sounds like you have a short and the jack should be replaced. That would require soldering one to the board, or you could try re-soldering the current one. Your best bet would be to call Apple and have them fix it. Either way it will have to be sent to Apple. They don't do any kind of repair in the Apple stores.

Re: Ipod Video repair???

Are you certain it's the jack?

Have you tried other headphones? The headphones could have a break in them.
