Tire size for 18 x 9?

I'm getting some 18 x 9 wheels and was wondering whats the smallest tire i can get that will fit a 18 x 9 wheel. Will a 225 fit? Thanks for any help.

225 is probably the smallest you can go without stretching. Thats a wide wheel for an accord. What kind of offset will you have?

Thats still really wide. I know FF honda racecars that run that. Anyway, spacers arent a great idea either but its up to you. It increases the track of your car and that changes all your loads put on the suspension. A wider offset wheel would be a better idea. That way you have a wider track, but all of the force is still applied to the hub where it should be.
