98 mustang spiting and sputtering

The problem is the mustang has a miss similar to a fuel filter clog or water in tank. I have replaced the fuel filter, coil pack, new battery, checked alternator, plugs, and the air filter. I have checked with OBD2 scanner and it indicates low voltage to MAF sensor.

CAN ANYONE HELP???
or
have any ideas what it might be???

Hi. I have a 98 v6. What I would do is first clean all my connections to my MAF sensor. My check engine light kept coming on and my car ran like sh*t and I bought a can of MAF cleaner at NAPA and just cleaned the crap out of everything in the whole induction system and it solved it. Sometimes something really simple can be an incredible pain. Hope this helps.
