Wht wont my steering wheel controls work...

My steering wheel controls will not light up....much less work...any help? I need it....what's the use of having all these options if they do not work?

does the steering wheel controls have their very own fuse? if so where...cuz i checked all the fuses....what pinched wires? inside the steering wheel?

Mine won't work. the radio, heater/ac on the steering wheel & cruise control all stopped working at the same time.
