Removing Belt tensioner???

I have a 2000 Caravan (3.0 liter engine).

I have the new belt tensioner onhand, and the belt off. Now how do I remove the old belt tensioner (without breaking anything else in the process

Not a lot of room to work with in there....

On my van you remove the passanger tire. then take out the plastic inner fender and it is right there.
