Be aware of WESTERN AUTO GROUP dealership in Richardson TX

The reason that people go to the dealership to buy a car is that dealers will make the vehicle ready to sale so we don’t need to worry about too much. (I am not talking about small dealers doing business in their garage)

Watch out this WESTERN AUTO GROUP dealership in [415 N. GREENVILLE, RICHARDSON, TX]. They will tell you that they will do the vehicle detail/ tune up/cleanup, everything… after you decide which vehicle you want to buy. Unlike other dealership do all these works before selling the cars so that they can sell you the car in lower price. However, after paying the deposit and came back to pick up my car next day. I found out that a lot of work lists that we discussed earlier were not performed. It is a very dishonest dealership and need to argue with them. What is the point to buy a car with dealership price but the service is like doing business with a private party?

This customer was Very Rude, he threated our lives, and we had to call the police to remove him from the premises. Our sales people are highly trained and experienced professionals in the industry for over 20 years. We have a 100 point inspection that we put all of ours cars through. After all a customer who comes to a used car dealership expects to get into a car that has been used. A used car doesnt mean that it is brand new. Customers should realize that we are not here to scam them, but to provide a service by giving them the best possible car for their money.
