1995 Just Dies

I have 1995 Park Avenue with 125,000 miles on it. When driving or idling at a stoplight it will just die. The car will start right up and run fine. This happens about once a week. The check engine light does not come on. Will any codes show up if the check engine light does not come on and stay on? Any information will be helpful.

Try cleaning the throttle body and remove the idle air control clean that up also, and the passges in the TB.

Have you changed the fuel filter recently?

Re: 1995 Just Dies

I changed the fuel filter about 20,000 miles ago. I also noticed that it is running a little rougher than it used to. The car has only died once in the last month or so.
