'93 Villager A/c not working

Here is my experience with a/c. If the a/c didnt work I would either replace any seals and fill her up or replace the compressor if the clutch wasnt spinning. Well the clutch is spinning and its not leaking but its still blowing out hot from both the front and back a/c blower. Any ideas??

You say that the compressor is turning, you can see and here it click on when you press the AC button? Also is the blower fan blowing? If the compressor and blower fan are operating, check the charge pressure, maybe it is low and the hi/low pressure switch is defective, allowing the compressor to run under low pressure conditions.
