headlight re-seal
I've heard alot about 'ebay' projector headlights getting moisture in them. What can i do to keep the moisture at bay?

However, there's a couple things to do. One, make sure the little hoses on the back are pointing down. They allow air to come in and out of the casing, to air out the lights. If they're pointing up, water can easily get in there. Next, if they are leaking, best bet is just to reseal the casing. You can pry the whole thing open (easier said than done) and then add new sealer around the edges. Or, just add the new sealer around without opening them up. Forgot, also make sure that the caps where the actual bulbs are is solid closed in there along with the side bulbs.

Re: headlight re-seal
If you wanted to seal the edges/cracks on the headlight or assembly, you could put a very thin layer of RTV on there. Just make sure it doesn't interfere with the fitting of the headlight assembly into the car.
That would be the only thing I could think of to make them more "water proof"
