Power Windows Failure not 1 but all.

I have a problem with my power windows. They sometimes dont work. If they go down they wont go back up, or vise versa. Could this be the bcm acting up. I have noticed that it always happens when the humidity is high. The reason why I ask about the bcm is because I did at one time have a turn signal problem but it just went away and then my windows started to act up.

Might be a bad ground somewhere.
