2001 durango r/t leaking fluid

Hi, I have been in for leaks, and other issues for this car on a monthly basis this past year. Now there is another leak that is coming from behind the front right wheel well, it is a clear fluid that is slippery and has no odor.

Any idea?

1999 Durango - Windshield Washer Resevoir

Can anyone direct me to a website that would tell me exactly what I need and how to change out a windshield washer resevoir? Mines cracked & leaking. On my own w/ nobody to help so I need all the info I can get...(It's actually easier to find instructions on how to build a bomb than to find out how to replace an engine part!) Thanks
