1996 Galant Horn Woes

My wife's '96 Galant has a horn that's not working, I'm not sure if it's the switch or the horn itself.....here's the problem, I know checking out the actual horn should be the easiest way to see which is bad (assuming the horn switch is a bear to get to or replace....), but I literally can't find the darn thing. I've looked in every exposed part of the engine compartment and can't seem to locate the silly thing, any one know where they hid it?
