1991 pontiac grand prix tranny help needed

im having problems with my grand prixies transmission. the car has 100000 miles on it. a 3.1 litre motor.i just chnged the filter and tranny fluid a few days ago. after i chnged it i drove it about 60 miles when it wouldnt shift into drive or over drive. when it does go into drive it seems like it is in neutral. i had it scanned and no codes came up . it will will shift from low to second ok .i checked the tranny fluid it doesnt smell burnt and the level is ok.any help to steer me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to AF!

Are you checking the level after the car has warmed up, on level ground, in park? Were there any trans problems before you did the fluid/filter swap? Finally, you didn't do a trans flush/fluid exchange did you ?

Have you tried shifting it manually into drive or od, and if so, does it go then?
If it will shift manually, you may have a bad modulator valve or vacuum issue to it.
