AC Blower Fan Not Activating

Hello Help,

I removed the ac blower motor and tested it .... works perfect. At first I could get the blower to activate by turning both knobs to auto and allowing doors to calibrate before turning on the car. I have no idea if the two hold any correlation, it was dumb luck and it has run out. I'm pretty sure it is not a fuse issue since I was temporarily able to get it to turn on again. Even then the blower would only run if the fan setting remained on the "Auto" setting. The compressor activates. Below are the four codes I have come across when running the diagnostics. These same codes have shown for the past two years and while I'm sure they contibuted to compromised performance, the fan always worked until now.

22 = Left temperature door travel too large
24 = Right temperature door travel too large
54 = Left temperature door travel too large
56 = Right temperature door travel too large
