Cars in Florida

Florida has some really really nice cars, and it's a fun place to drive...despite the terrible traffic...because the weather is always excellent for driving. Anyway there's a place near where we were staying in Fort Myers where they sold classic Jaguars, Corvettes, GTOs, Trans Ams, 57 Chevys, Classic Porsches, and brand new Mercedes Benzs, Porsches, F-bodies, Corvettes of every frickin year (florida loves vettes) a Dodge Viper GTS Coupe, and my favorite, a Lamborghini Gallardo and...for the first time ever, I got up close and personal with Lamborghini Murcielago!!!!! same color as the gallardo (bright yellow). Honestly though Florida loves vettes, they must have as many vettes as they do Alligators, and this was the first place I've ever seen where it's 'EASY' to buy an 02 Firebird.

I have some videos coming...albeit they suck, so I don't know if I should even post them. I didn't go up and take pictures because the guy was looking at me funny as it is and it wasn't a car show. Use your imagination and use google. The most expensive car must have been the Murcielago, but he had a 50's Vette, a 60's Vette, tons of LT1 vettes and some LS1 vettes, and a C6. This Jaguar looked hot, like a Daytona race car, same shape, and so many buttons on the dash, for its time mind you...70s? 60s? I dunno. They had Monte Carlos, Hummers, oh yeah they had a 70's Camaro in the back, and it was smokin red with a cowl hood. And mind you, this was just Fort Myers, I can't wait to check out a place like Miami, because I didn't see any Ferraris in Fort Myers. What have you seen in Florida?

Re: Cars in Florida

Yeah Florida is rediculus when it comes to nice cars. When I was in Ft. Lauderdale for Christmas 06', I saw a shit-ton of Corvettes. But Posches, Ferraris, Bentleys, Rolls-Royces, Lambos, etc were very common. I could sit on a corner all day with a camera, maybe a couple Coronas... thatd be a great day alright...

Re: Cars in Florida

in live in cape coral. right next to fort myers. you can spot a lot of top dollar cars running around occassionally. its mostly cuz of the top dollar homes all around. there are a bunch of new z06s around here. this guy i met had a tt viper. is the place your talking about by the beach or off of 41? there is an exotic car dealership off of 41. it was so bad ass, they had an enzo there about 2 months ago. i think they wanted 1.2 or 1.4 million for it.
