GMC van, 305, Black smoke???

Hi guys,
I have a 93 van, a beauville with a 305 and I have trouble to start and when it does,
there’s black smoke coming out (whit what seems to be water), when I throttle up an on drive there is like a small back fire and it want to stop…

I just change the sparkplugs (they where all black) and also the air cleaner!!
Since I just bought this van one mount ago, am really not sure of the full pump, but it was running very well for 3 weeks. When I start it I have to floor the throttle just a bit for it to start, when it does no lights appear and it stop after just a few minutes.

One thing I just notice, the liquid in the radiator seems to be all water an very dirty (would that be part of the problem?)!!!
Changing the thermostat and liquids wouldn’t be bad that’s for sure!!!

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Seems To Your Problem Is In The Ignition Or Its Running Way To Rich Check Wires And Distributor And I Know How Much It Suxs In A Van But Then I Would Try Running A Compression Check But Let Me Ask Is It Backfiring Through The Intake Or Through The Exhaust It
