2002 problem

It just started the whole right side of the car lights won't work the turning
signals, Hazzard I've checks the bulbs there fine and fuses no problem ?



Need Help ..

Start following the wires with a test light.

One problem, when I set the alarm the lights works So it can't be the wiring...

I notice when check the light on the left side I found blown bulb can that cause the problem ?
