96 2.0 contour wont start any ideas?

I just picked up a 96 with the 2.0.It turnes over and I am getting good spark to each plug and getting fuel but still wont start.The girl I bought it from told me it was over heating for a while and the last time it was driven it overheated bad due to the elec fan is not working,could have to do with this or not.Any ideas?Oh yeh the timing belt looks good.

Come on people noboby has any advise?I hooked it up to my otc scanner and it has a variety of codes. 1)po117 ect ckt low input
2)p1125 tps ckt interm
3)p1117 ect sensor intermittent
4)p1000 obd2 monitor not complete
5)po171 system too lean (bank one)
6)p1131 b lack of ho2s 11 sw
7)p1120 tps out of range
And the koeo had one coad p1000 obd2 monitors have not completed
Obd2 test po600 it gives no info on this just reads see service manual.
