JL Audio VR650-CSi... watts?
So the shop that's installing my system is suggesting a 320 watt amp, split for a set of these. Is that too much? Here's the specs for the VR650's:
60W Continuous Power Handling Rec. Amp Power: 15 - 100 Watts 89.5 dB Efficiency @ 1W/1m FR: 59 Hz - 25 KHz ± 3 dB Does 160 watts per speaker seem like a little bit much? What do you think? |

not if the gains on the amp are set properly and you don't play electonic bass music at full volume all the time
