Zero paints to the USA???

Has anybody had any problems recieving orders containing Zero paints?

I tried calling the main USPS buisness mail center to find out if paint is allowed in and couldn't get a straight answer.

Any help?? (I did search too, I saw Canada had no trouble. Just want to be sure before ordering)

I live in the US and ordered some Zero paints about a month ago...they arrived in a week w/ no problem.

I recieved lots of paint from Hiroboy about a month ago. No problems whatsoever.

But how is the quality of Zero paints compared to Tamiya?

In my opinion the Zero paint is light years ahead for coverage,ease of application and when properly cleared it is very shiny straight from the airbrush and very durable.The basecoat dries in literally a matter of minutes and can be cleared in 20-30 mins.If you look at the value side as well a 60ml bottle of basecoat can do 2-3 models (cars,bikes etc) So they go a lot further than a Tamiya spray can.The other big bonus in my opinion is multi colour paint jobs where the basecoat paint comes into it's own.As you only lightly dust the paint on to get coverage (not gloss) there's no chance of it bleeding under the masking so you end up with the sharpest masking lines ever,then you can clear the whole project in one go,a real plus point in my opinion.Just my

Zero 2k clear, or most automotive 2k clears for that matter, will tolerate a lot more abuse when polishing compared to hobby colors.

But I have to add that Zero paints owner, Hiroboy, can match nearly EVERY automotive color that has been made. Just send him an e-mail to check if he can mix that color before ordering. When as Tamiya paints only has 1 or 2 hundred colors from the can.

You can't go wrong w/ Zero Paints or Hiroboy, I think they're great. Tamiya sprays are better than the Testors junk, but Zero Paints are light years ahead of them both.


Seriously, whoever makes Testors should be shot.
