whistling front end at high speeds
Does anyone else have an issue where sometimes at higher speeds, lets say 80 or better, the front end starts whistling? I cant find anything loose, or out of place, and I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem, and what you did about it.

Re: whistling front end at high speeds
Well a bearing is usually a humming sound so....Is there any other wierd noises from the car? Does it track straight? Did this start recently or been around awhile? I know you cut under the hood to put in the intake, maybe at high speed enough air is being forced into the fender/under the hood its whistling as it blows over something.

Re: whistling front end at high speeds
Hmm....I hadnt thought about the intake, that could perhaps be related, because it does sound like its coming from that side. But I almost seem to remember it doing this occasionally before I installed the intake.
I may have to experiment with the intake a little and see if anything makes a difference.
