95 2 door GEO tracker, Rear speaker options
It states the rear speakers are 5 1/4 . Has anyone been able to install a set of six by nines in that space by any chance?

  here are some mods i made with my 97...wasnt happy with the limited speaker options so i came up with this, custom fitted speaker pods replaced my interior body panels.

unless you want to modify the pannels on the sides and have them stick out more you wont be able to fit a 6x9 in the factory slot because of the bodys framework. however you dont need 6x9's to get good sound i replaced mine with some nice pioneer 6" 3 ways and because the car is so small it makes a huge difference. but like posted before mine you can add anything to the tailgate
