Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Broken!

The filler pipe which connects to the fuel tank has completely detached itself from fill spout opening on my 96' neon, preventing me from filling the tank. Is this an easy fix or should I have it re-attached by a mechanic?

You can fix it yourself. Go to a junkyard and pull a good one out.
