UncleBob could you respond to this please?
In this Technical forum I attached a thread to Syptoms of O2 sensors.
It may bring back some bad memories as i could sense your frustration. You backed your original answer with your credentials and I still dont think he got it. Anyway, I asked a couple questions Technical questions that you surely have seen in the field. Particularly after a car has been brought in overheated. Thank you Good Luck |

no idea what you're talking about, but if you have a question, post it. No need for the drama

Re: UncleBob could you respond to this please?
No drama. Agreed. Bad wack at humor occasionally but certainly no drama.
A question though. If a car is operated at hot conditions or overheated are there sensors that are more prone to fail. O2 in manifold or Temp sensor in intake manifold. Sorry and Thanks |

Re: UncleBob could you respond to this please?
just my personal experience, no. No sensors are more prone to fail when a engine is overheated badly. Most common failure I see after bad overheating is 100% mechanical
